So far I have counted over a dozen of such signed agreements between Albo land and Kosova, but none have been implemented to date. Its Rama talking BS. Yes I agree that Serbs are delusional since they don’t look at the immensely prosperous Albos in Kosova or Albania, where the Albos have achieved economic miracles in both places that would rivel the US empire.
In Kosova they still have 1.8 million while Albania is bursting at the seams with all those Albanians who have never thought of migrating.
