The world knows that Kosovo is the most corrupt area in Europe where the mafia which is headed by the likes of Thaci and Haradinaj rules with an iron fist. Witnesses are regularly murdered and drugs from Asia flow into Kosovo for distribution into Europe. The "political elite" in Pristina are mega wealthy while 95% of the population is dirt poor and too scared to complain or say anything.
I suspect its a similar scene in Albania.........

The Albos in Kosova have, let’s use a less harsh word than stolen, say misappropriated $2 billion and this Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina was arrested for financial fraud. Albos fraudulently siphoning money for their own personal gain and the Ambassador embezzling funds????? The similarities are astounding. Psst he is one of yours.
