It is extremely frustrating that when something as simple as wearing a mask could have such a massive impact on a worsening situation and yet still so many choose to ignore this requirement. Still the cafes and restaurants and bars are crowded! What is more important...sipping on your espresso and taking selfies or people's health?? It seems to me that there needs to be a much stricter enforcement of the regulations. In my immediate neighbourhood I see bars full of people drinking and partying with no adherance to any measures, I see large groups gathered outside corner shops drinking without masks or social distancing. It only takes one person to be infected in these situations and all those other people are at risk, they then go home to their families or friends or go to other bars or go to work...very quickly things get worse and worse. Why are the community police not out patrolling to prevent these kinds of situations? How many more people must be infected or die before this is taken as seriously as it needs to be??
