Things that weaken a person’s immune system are: a low nutrient diet, low vitamins, low amino acids, low fatty acids, stress, not enough sleep, smoking, alcohol, drugs, junk food, sugar, a high carbohydrate diet, that results in high glucose in the body, which weakens the immune system.
Things that strengthen the immune system are: Selenium from Brazil nuts or from supplements, Natural vitamin C which should come from foods such as sauerkraut, capsicums, and other plant foods, Vitamin D, and sunshine in summer, or Vitamin D 3 supplements in winter are the best sources, Vitamin A, and sources are cod liver oil, butter, and other some other foods, Zinc from dairy products, nuts, or zinc supplements, Garlic, which ranks highest for destroying viruses, bacteria, yeast, fungus, and mould, Colloidal Silver, Olive Leaf or olive leaf extract, and a few other things.
