This means a lot and not because too many Serbs will be shopping there, just like only a select few shop on Rodeo Drive LA, or Fifth Avenue New York, but because of employment opportunities for Serbs.
A freind, who was born in Brazil, said that in the 1990s their businessmen went to China to build factories. The Brazilians made jokes at that time about how the Chinese workers were living in containers.
However, today those same workers have their own houses, decent wages, access to good health and education systems and a bright future, while Brazilians did nothing to improve their country or well-being of their people.

The president describing the public - private partnership for hotel, offices, shopping etc. in glowing terms. Unthinkable in a proper democracy. Is he being paid by the developers to say this? Oh sorry, I forgot that it is election time. I wonder what good his development will do to the people who are not fortunate enough to live in Belgrade and for those citizens of the capital who are not fortunate enough to have the money to shop at Louis Vitton & company? On second thoughts he probably IS being paid to say this. He is just a normal Serb dad after all, trying to make ends meet.

That's the way to do it. Keep building, fixing ironing out. Go forward. Or as you like it.
The President gave you €100 in order to spend it in rep Serbia.
Infact the government compensated everyone.

SERBIA is becoming an envy.
Another shopping centre, more work places.
Great.
