"Possible Chapter opening at the end of June"

Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic expects that some of the chapters for EU accession could be opened at the end of June.

There is no harm in opening a chapter.
If that is what citizens of rep Serbia really, really want.
Myself I have strongest of the doubt, we cannot forget 17 EU countries raining the bombs for 78 days.
Joining them I a row it's just the same as not wishing to join the NATO.
I do not see the difference.
