He is making preconditions before any meeting. In that case Serbias precondition should also be no maps, since Kosovo is Serbian land (see UN notes on status of Kosovo).
Serbia should also bring to the table UN res. 1244 (highest international legal body).
The final agreement should be on the level of autonomy (thats what Albos signed up to in UN 1244).
If Albos insist on having their hand held by America and Germany during talks, then Serbia has every right to have Russia and Spain in their corner.
Talk of mutual recognition is so funny......half the world dont recognise Kosovo...lol. But every country does recognise Serbia.
So Kurti, stop playing silly and childish word games. Get it through your thick head that Kosovo is not a country.....fact.

Well, let me tell everyone here. Serbia, is recognized by all the world, Kosovo is not.
I have stated in the past how it will be. Serbia will never ever recognize their province of Kosovo with its current boundaries. Thats a fact very few say against.
If you look how Serbia have been able to turn the table and got a huge support the last couple of years, everybody understand that Kosovo will not be a new state.
I know this Grenell is a smart guy, but he did not say which September. Personally I would say September in four or five years to come.

As far as media reports go here in England 97 UN members recognise Kosovo and 96 do not. So its about 50/50 now. And its obvious that this figure will keep on going in Serbias favour (as it has been for the last 3 years or so).
If you want to talk stats then consider this.....over 5 billion people live in countries that do not recognise Kosove as opposed to approx 2.5 billion that do.
The UN as a body do not recognise Kosovo, thats a fact.
I'm also surprised when Albanians use terms such as territotial integrity, soveregnity, etc. Where was that in the 90s???
Pristina agreed to UN 1244. Now ignores it. Forget about the Int Court of Justice, thats fixed. Had it been a Spanish judge it would have been a different outcome, and you know it.
Pristina also ignored the Brussels agreement which they signed. But they get away with it because they are supported by some big countries.
Sorry sunshine, this is just a land grab for a greater Albania with countless laws broken along the way.
Its a disgrace.

Serbia is completely trapped by the Republic of Kosova. They have been begging to continue with the dialogue to recognize the Republic of Kosova so they can have some kind of diplomacy with the outside world. They are ignored and blocked from the world and Kosova is the reason for it.

I think, the next challenge for Kurti is how to open the borders to Albania.
I don't think it is the best time to pull all that Kosovo out of hat.
Because now no one is interested, probably not even in Kosovo.

Example. The curfew in France is over, but the streets are still empty because people are scared. The next thing will be asking for money and restoring the cross-border travel.

Hopefully this sh*t will be a one-time-show (regardless what press tries to tell you) and we will have the vaccine. No one knows, how politics will look, once the virus is over and the depression is over.
