Being on the street is not dangerous. You are out in fresh air and if you don't touch hands with others you're not in any danger. How is being outside risky? It's being in closed rooms that is more risky.
There is an obvious agenda here but what? You don't lock in all your citizens like this and not expect serious doubt, especially when we are being told that being outside is not risky. We, in Australia are being told that large gatherings like going to a football match is risky but if we want to go outside and kick a ball with our family, it's perfectly fine. So, can someone explain to me how being outside on the street before 8pm is less risky than after 8pm?

Same more-less here, except that I have to fill out the permit, print out the pdf file and only than go shopping. I suspect, the draconian fines are for show of force.

You can say the same about France: the virus for sure will read my signed pdf form and crying run away. In particular that I have the virus. I printed out, signed, went to the store to buy food and no, the virus is still with me.

All this is for slowing down, the 8pm is kind of bizarre, indeed. But it may work if the people need to realize, we are in the state of war.

So I don't know all the psychological tricks, may make sense from that point of view.

Where I am really scared are the homeless refugees from BiH and Serbia who don't even understand what is happening. That has to be addressed immediately and here Hungary has all the facilities in stadiums and U.S. military has the facilities near Urosevac.

Just than explain the Hungarians and Albanians, why the trucks with host of migrants crossing the border - you may see some unfriendly faces. But I guess, this has to happen, otherwise we will have a secondary wave soon. It is enough if a single migrant will get the "bug".

Funny, then why do we get a flu shot just before winter? It's cold nights in winter not warm. What has the temperature got to do with it? If people want to take a stroll through the park then they should. Being outdoors is safer than being indoors. You don't have to hold hands with anyone.

Second , nothing is open after 8pm, I mean nothing )) NO pubs ,no Kafana's ,No cafe ,No Resturants, No Gym's ,No sports clubs , No fast food ,No supermarkets ,NOTHING is open after 8pm ,just too cold to walk around . Ask your relatives that live in Serbia .
People are outside after 8 pm because they are visiting other people's house and can spread the Corona Virus by visiting other houses .

As form of relief, trolling should be absolutely allowed all the time.
But in order to do that, a special permit has to be filled out and submitted to B92.

Pretty much like I have to fill out a special permit and go outside of the house only if that paperwork is with me. Otherwise xxx hundred Euro fine or 3 years in prison and such niceties.
Not sure anyone violated it, the military is probably more forgiving and looking more for intent than for forgetful. I wouldn't want to "test" them, so it remains, they have some scary guns while I can't operate even an air pistol.

We have military outside guarding the streets. No one is allowed 7-24 unless obligatory paperwork is filled. France is a more centralized and in danger more disciplined country than Germany. The compliance is 100%.
