Yes, the tariffs have hurt Serbia so deeply that GDP growth is between 3.5 and 4%. Vucic is doing what he always does...embellishes and makes mountains out of mole hills for one reason only...so he can take credit for any progress that Serbia makes despite these “insurmountable“ challenges. It’s called scoring political points and using your opponent’s actions to your advantage.

On the issue of Fiat Chrysler cars made in Kragujevac, Serbia, actually they are not made in Serbia just assembled. Design and manufacture of parts are all done outside of Serbia.

This depends on the audience. To one audience he would say that the damage is not significant (and indeed: food and construction materials became a pretty good commodity, so what can't be sold to Kosovo can be sold somewhere else).

To other audience he would cry a river because it looks useful.

- Please impose 10000% tax on Serbian-made Coca Cola products. Please. We already have 100%, this is pathetic. Nothing under 10000% tax on Cola is justified.

- Please impose 1000% tax on all Serbian-made Fiat Chrysler cars. These are really bad cars. I tried one in the States, the test drive ended before it even begun.
Instead, Kragujevac should consider the same, what other East European car factories considered. Do names like "Nissan", "Kia", "Toyota", "Suzuki" ring some bells?
