We thought the same in the UK but to say it is insignificant is folly. The cases have more than doubled this week alone. I truly hope Serbia doesn't start with positive cases but this thing is not over yet and is spreading. Caution is the key.

You as ONE man cannot make one decision or deal for a consensus.
