The EU Envoy can only come from one of two types of countries, either they recognized Kosovo or have not. There is more of a reason to go with a country that did not since their bias is less and basically in a state of neutrality.

They suggest that the future envoy should first and foremost come from a country that recognizes Kosovo.

REEEEEAAALLY? They're worried Lajcak won't do what they want? To ultimately pressure Srbija to "recognize" the theft of their land?

The open audacity of some people today is mind boggling, LOL
