There is only one master that runs this show mate and that is the US and an Empire never shares power. You are correct that the UK did have a hand in it but they are only lickspittles to Washington. This is not the 19 century where Britannia rules the waves. The UK could not scratch itself without Washington’s agreement.

The purpose of the assassination was to start a conflict between the Serbs and Albanians. The west does not control Serb populated areas in Kosovo and to take them over and finally take control all of Kosovo they needed an excuse to pour in more NATO troops since KFOR numbers are insufficient.
It was the US that gave the green light to Croats to ethnically cleanse the Serbs in Croatia.
Serbs are an obstacle to NATO expansion and are oriented towards Russia.
They are trying on the same in Montenegro, but even the BBC said that 7 out of 10 people there adhere to the Serbian Orthodox Church and yet according to Djuko’s census there are only 30% Serbs in Montenegro LOL.

Using SNS and complying with the deal is wicked + evil but possible. Not the first time in the history. See much of medieval history.

But I am thinking of much simpler solution: the killers killed O.I. because he knew way to much about something.
If that "something" is related to Milosh role in 1990-s, than they were "Serbs".
If that "something" is related to KLA role during that time, than they were Albanians.
If that "something" is of monetary nature, than either "Serbs" or "Albanians" or both.

And why not some others we do not even know?

The only foreign force which had interest doing that (see the 100% tariffs) is UK, not US.
Everyone is clear that war won't start because of OI being assassinated and NATO is already there.

On the other side the dialogue between BG and PS can be well disrupted.
It wasn't, so the 100% taxes came and it is not even a secret who "arranged" that.

This is one of the possibilities, I wrote about others already.
