My world is small? Well, in comparison to the United States, Serbia is. But it's an extremely interesting place to live, if you want my opinion on that subject. I can help guide you through the process of purchasing real estate. But I'm not sure...can foreigners legally buy land? I heard that a new law would come into effect this year permitting foreigners to buy up to five hectares of agricultural land per person. But haven't heard anything recently.

This is not new, it is known that the Russian Buk drove to the launch site and then left.

There is a reason that no real newspapers report on this and you will only find it in Sputnik/RussiaToday/B92 and pro-Russian blogs and conspiracy sites.
It is because this leak shows nothing new and is being mis-interpreted deliberately.

Also , the Russians eventually changed their story to agree that no planes were nearby at the time of the shooting.
