The UK. Their whole policy towards Serbia has been poison and bitterness for 30 years. They have this Bosnian Muslim woman who dictates their Balkans policy, a Samantha power partner in crime. These haters have made their careers from killing any chance of peace and progress in the Balkans.

Their alliance with Russia against France ended bitterly and England let the tsar Paul I assassinated.

The next tsar was more cooperative - but Russia and England became enemies forever, even that they landed on the same side during WW-I and WW-II.
The great campaign of mocking Russia was started by Russian exile nobility in France, Napoleon liked it a lot and it was quite successful.

Before Napoleonic Wars such things were unheard of.
Later the very same group was responsible for “Elders of Sion”, a “great job” for the 33 Napoleonic silver coins.

Serbia is a proxy “enemy” of all this, nothing else.

I see again the usual villain here (not-anymore-“Great” Britain).

It’s going hopefully to be a “Little Britain” soon, all our attention is to Nicola Sturgeon.
