1) Would be good to see that railway document to begin with.
2) You guys (Vucic-Ramush-Kurti) discuss the railway issue for sure with most competent person - Carpenter from Pentagon.
To begin with:
- USofA destroyed most of it’s passenger traffic
- The most incompetent railway organization in the entire world is Amtrak
- Sure, Pentagon knows the best about railways!

Note: American eagles have one head. There is no Serbia in OSJD - instead, all eagles in OSJD have two heads.

Unfortunately all involved are more familiar with Mercedes-star than with railway heraldic. That's the problem. Travel in a MÁV chair car overnight, than you start the see it differently.

The most "useful" one of course, between BG and PS: with two jet engines.
