May I suggest a 500% increase. It does not hurt Serbs in Kosovo but its certainly causing price increases for the Albos LOL. Come to think of it why not raise it to 1,000%.

The entire recognition-de-recognition game is the most stupid game I ever seen.

What is sad: the recognition game was initiated by Pacolli involving countries which did not even recognize Kosovo. That was his purely domestic game.

Than, Dacic-Vucic-Blahblahcic made it appear, the country which did not even recognize Kosovo "de-recognized" it. For an other domestic game.

Unfortunately they did undermine the position of Pacolli. Now they have a more tough job to deal with Kurti.

Pacolli is of course a Russian mafiosi (show me a politician in Russia who is not!). Kurti is of course a crazy nationalist (an other popular occupation!).
OK, both are better than Ramush & Co, but I think Pacolli is easier to deal with.

As I mentioned, there is certain way to make a deal (the railway way). Hope the involve will get the idea. It is trivial, I think and would make good money for the critical trio (Albania - Kosovo - Serbia Proper). Hope they will implement it.

Not much is needed. Kurti (Pacolli?) and Rama should study some books, Pacolli should get 3-4 nice busses, some red paint (for bus), some black paint (for eagle deco on the bus), get the math, get the Russian approval (they will get it) and start the easy bus business.

If Vucic-Dacic wants to play with - OK, he will get some $. If not, his problem.
