And by the time the monetary reason won't stay, we will see a far stronger Russia, than what it is today. IMO, they just postpone the solution by all means they have.

Concerned Albanian........why can not Rep Serbska citizens declare a country??? If you think that its ok for Albanians then why not for others? As for Kosovo being "Yugoslav" land, well, so was Krajina in Croatia........ any comments? For that matter, all lands were "Yugoslav' lands.
Here in England we have regions with a high Asian population. Soon they will be a majority. Do you think they have a right to declare autonomy....? What about declaring a new country? Obviously they have to pay some superpower to give them military support to achieve their goal....?
Sorry but I see no reason why Albanians can not live there, but in Serbia and under a Serbian flag. No country would allow it....to just give up land. Why cant the Hespanic community declare independence in New Mexico because they will soon be a majority???

The idea about Israel was not "approved" yet and all other things came up.

At the end Jews decided for them self - but it wasn't clear in 1945.

According to some sources, there was an agreement between Soviet Union and USA about Crimea given as an independent republic to Jews.
Soviet Union did even signed some LOI-s... as "Russia". No one in the US objected.

The first thing Khruschev, as proud ethnic Ukrainian did was to cede Crimea to Ukraine.
Because by that time it was clear, on which side Israel during the cold war is - and of course U.S. demanded the signed agreement being implemented.
Every time it brought up, Khruschev covered the "cheat" with Ukrainian pride and nationalism. And U.S. had to shut up.

Now of course the ice cream licks back - but if this story is true (Жуков, please help me out!) than it also means: no one knows when Urosevac will lick America back. That Urosevac is clearly a legal problem - and in politics even trivial things (Ukraine being the same as Russia, part of USSSR) can have turns.

Kind of off, I like to "collect" photos of frescoes, even more: make my own ones.
The closest great object seem to be the Start Nagorichane in Makedonija.

Never used the road over Starac, back in 2014 tried to "break through" - landed up on Tabanovci - Presevo - Gnjilane line instead. Presevo to Gnjilane is a nice drive, the drive on M25-2 as I see on the map now back than was even better, following the lake.

The road was OK all the way, mostly remember the slow trucks on the ramp as approached the line.

Some funny, typical "Balkan" things happened later all the way from Gnjilane until Romanian border. Nothing major of course. But imagining a "true" American tourist in place of myself and ROFL.
