In every society there a people who are criminals and that includes Serbian and anyone who denies it is having a lend of themselves.
However, it becomes a serious problem when one ethnic group stands out with numbers of incarcerated for criminal activities, and my dear Albo if that was an Olympic event you guys would win gold medals hands down since EU prisons are filled with Albo criminals.
The UK alone has 800 Albos in its prison system for drug running, loan sharking, prostitution and protection. In fact Albos run the cocaine trafficking in the UK. So, I would not try and throw stones when your living in a very large glass house.

Time,when the Greeks talk about crime and say Serbian they mean predominantly Kosovar Albanians since as you know the Greeks agree with most sensible people that Kosovo is Serbia. Kavac Klan is from town of Kotor, Montenegro, and Skaljari Klan is also, from town of Kotor, Montenegro. In fact, clans at war are from 2 neighborhoods of Kotor that are next to each other.
First one has total population of around 500 while second one around 3000. Yet, 80% of drug related murders are due to work of those two clans.
