Petition initiated with the intention of Serbia filing a lawsuit against Montenegro

Why would a country file a lawsuit on behalf of a church?

Is this simply proof that the Serbian Orthodox Church is at the root of the greater Serbian ideology that has resulted in the death of so many non-serbs?
Thus proving that it is the instigator of so many war crimes committed by Serbs.

Wonder you have cheek to come and question petition going in rep Serbia.
My good guess is in Rep Serbia they like to do their way.Had they sent tanks and drone's to montenegro you would be criticising.
