The highest international body is the UN. As far as the UN goes Kosovo is Serbian. Check it out and please come and tell us all what you find.....
In the last 2 years or so 17 nations have revoked Kosovo recognition. Its about 50/50 now. Did you miss that...??
Over two third of the worlds population live in countries that see Kosovo as Serbian land.
Simply put Albanians are land thieves trying to steal land. For your information Albanians are also Europes top narco dealers. They control prostitution and are involved in other nasty things. They are violent criminals and thats why they cant have visa free travel.
Kosovo will again be fully in Serbia's control. All in good time. And when the time comes 98/99 will look like a garden tea party.....
