Well, as you increase the fictive investments in Serbia, the number of real Serbs not willing to return to Serbia is increasing too.
(Tom L'Orizi, 17 December 2019 21:35)

What a dumb arse statement LOL. There are myriad of reasons why people don’t return to their native countries. The US alone has 10 million living outside the US – why don’t they return to the land of the riches?
NCR is building its infrastructure in New Belgrade at a cost of $92 million. Has it started on the foundations in Pristina yet?
Let me know when they will lay a foundation stone there.

Lenny, I see you need stronger medication.
Most Serbs that go to Croatia are from BiH or more accurately from Trebinje and region. Why? Because its 3 months’ work and pay is in Euros not Kuna plus all accommodation is paid for. It suits those Serbs to work this short period.
But why 29,000 Croats go to Germany for good last year as Croatia is so rich???? Why over 10,000 Croats living in Ireland. Why????

Is there anything dumber than you my little fake Italian Albo? I’m beginning to think your number one on the list LOL. What has this story got to do with investment in Serbia today?
The majority of those Serbs living in Malta have been there for years and their children have either been born or grew up in that country. It’s only a handful that can be categorised as recent arrivals. There are various reasons why these people are in Malta just like there are Serbs that live and work in Turkey in those Russian owned resorts.
Why are over 700,000 Americans living and working in China or perhaps why are 10 million living outside the US when clearly the US is the “richest country on earth”?? Let me know when you have that answer.
Nearly forgot to ask you as NCR, a US company, is building in New Belgrade Jurija Gagarina street no. 12 (this is from NCR’s website not sj’s) can you tell me when NCR is opening shop in Pristina.

Honestly
Tom...
Where on earth do you see a fault of rep Serbia in this story?
EU laws, rules and regulations are to be blamed.

I’m very confused, according to Wikipedia there are over 2000 Serbians in Malta. Malta is a small country with a small economy, and here’s what perplexes me; if youse Serbian parents leave Serbia why would you go for a low paid job that's insane. Surely a Serbian wage can start a family just like with the others who stay. I know that Serbian expats (not diaspora) have descent jobs, that’s why this news miserable. The economy in Serbia is growing, that’s a fact, unemployment is at an all time low, fact too, but for a family to not only leave, but even raise kids who can’t speak Serbian, when they are “expats” is beyond me. What makes you think you don’t need to go back to Serbia (until that EU membership which is light years away). Again the low pay is what makes zero sense. Surely anyone goes after better pay abroad, just look at the Croats going to Ireland, obviously that doesn’t make Croatia poor or with low living standard, just not nearly good enough.

Everything is sad in Serbia. Their supposed "booming" economy must not be booming enough to stop people from leaving after all.

Similar situation is in other families. Aleksandra Ilic said her two-year-old daughter Neda, born in Malta, is considered "legal" in all institutions, since she has an ID, except for the Agency for Citizenship and Residence.

"We can't send her back to Serbia, that's not an option, because she can't go to school there, she barely speaks Serbian. She speaks English. Also, we don't have anyone to send her to", Alexandra said.
========================
She is only 2 years old. She can barely speak any language. If the child starts living in Serbia, she will learn that language extremely well and fast. Which language do the parents speak at home? I think it's Serbian since they are both Serbian and left Serbia as adults (I assume).
Countries have laws and if the laws change you have to abide by them. It might seem unjust but that's how things are and you have to accept it.

Another interesting thing thousands of Serbs are coming to Croatia for work. Every year thousands more of them are applying hoping for Croatian work permits. I guess they don't believe Vucic or sj how wonderfully Serbia is doing. Especially when their stomachs continuously grumble. If you need evidence let me know.

Can't blame sj if he decided not to invest in three neglected farms in Southern Serbia, with only one business in mind: trying to cross RosuNanny with Dapple.

Than galloping from Juzhna Serbia to Chernovci on a Dapple instead of using Toyota... that would make anyone butt-hurt.

Very bad business, no future, except Dapple mounting Rocinante and hoping for offspring.
