I don’t think the General would accept the Russians’ offer if he had ever been in a Russian hospital. Patients must bring their own medicine, toilet paper, food and pajamas.

An other comment from a resident troll. Few years ago I was in most poor Ukrainian hospital for a quick sugar level control - can tell you, they are very-very poor, but the conditions you describe rather reflect the bad sanitary situation on three neglected farms in Southern Serbia.

I think, my previous comment comparing rats with ratko mladic (all letters small, like in nemecsek) was horrible, unjust and malicious.

I have deeply apologize to rats for even mentioning them the same day with that piece of rat dropping.
Rats are sacrificed in laboratories in millions just to approve new medicine. As for that... rat garbage, too bad there is no death penalty in Hague. I hope, rats forgive my sins.

Not Russian hospital - but a hungry tawny owl should take care about that... "young rat" ("молодая крыса"). Too bad, he wasn't eaten before the Bosnian war.
