No No No not true, US goal is to capitalize on the natural resource for its own benefit then loan back the money to Kosovo until Kosovo becomes billions in debt to the United States. When resources dry up US walks away with a payable on demand note. Another part of the world down another people dead all in a days work, the dogs bark and the caravan moves on. Ha...ha...ha...ha. Isn’t Capitalism Grand. US and the EU need to go F....them selfs or better yet.....@“&$
