So, the theory is if the elections were held without “Belgrade’s influence” all these Serbs would have voted for Albo candidates despite the fact that your Albos hate Serbs?

Since the end of the cold war, international observers (so called democratic observers) have always condemned, reported election tampering, bullying etc in non western nations. Have they ever independently scrutinised their own nation elections? Have they themselves ever been scrutinised over their own results?
