Ramush Haradinaj, who still holds the post of outgoing prime minister of Kosovo, posted on his Facebook profile that arming Serbia is a direct threat to Kosovo

Which sophisticated weapons are they? Not the Patriot missile system which has a 60% accuracy under battle conditions? or maybe the F35 which has spends more time on the ground than in the air.
The last barrage of cruise missiles into Syria totalled 50 and of those nearly half either fell short or never made it to their target by falling into the sea or land. Look at Boeing and their troubles. Do you think the military aircraft are any better? Its all about profit.
The US Air Force needs 1200 fighters but falls far short of that number plus most equipment is too old so canalisation occurs to make others airworthy. It's short of 1000 pilots and 3000 maintenance workers. Pilot experience is said to be at historic lows.

But the last is most interesting. What happens if Russia builds a base in Cuba “to protect the US from ISIS attacks?”

For those that think there is a NATO base in Kosovo and this makes the Albos safe. Think again. The US had bases in Syria and they left in such a hurry the mess halls had half eaten meals on the tables. The US has sold out others very easily so what makes the Albos safe?

He has a NATO base on his territory, what is he afraid of? It doesn't matter if Serbia buys weapons from his masters in the U.S. or from Russia or from China as long as that base is there. And I hope NATO will also stop the crazy Albanians from starting a war for Greater Albania. But if I know them correctly they will look through their fingers as a way of blackmailing Serbia into buying American weapons instead of Russian weapons.

Didn't the Croats arm themselves in the '60s, 70s and 80s via Hungary, Austria and Germany in preparation for tearing Yugoslavia apart and expelling 300k ethnic Serbs??
