In the German Bundestag many members have commented in speeches the health problems of Angela Merkel. Why not. As free elected representatives they have the right of free speech. Not so in Podgorica. Like real slaves they ask a foreign embassy like a colonial power to comment such a free speech. What a country. They are houndreds of years away from being a modern state.
