Very simple. First it was announced by Pacolli, the so called Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, which he then denied when asked at a conference and stated that it was “an official in his office”.
Haradjin clearly stated that Serbian officials were not allowed into Kosovo on radio then denied he ever said such a thing at the same conference.
Now you know why the US likes people like this. Scoundrels love same.
