More important is to present in the Skupsina how the Serb people are thinking and to make this as basic for further action. Vucic will not answer the only important question. Will he open for Prishtina the doors to the UN. All other points are for Prishtina of no interest. Vucic is hiding himself behind the small group of Serbs in Kosovo. The very important question of Serb property in Kosovo is like the Serb property in Cro totally out of interest for Vucic. Vucic is not a leader in the Kosovo case. He is only a follower of the leaders from Prishtina in the tax or ZSO cases. Belgrade has no concept, no idea. Long before the settlement of the agreements between East and West, the civil societies from Poland and West Gernany, the churches etc, were in deep contacts and discussions. Nothing, nothing is visible in this area between Prishtina and Belgrade. Belgrade has no Partner for a real dialogue. This Vucic must accept and go his own independent way.
