5% passed the tests. Since this was all to small to set up a unit, they had to lower the tests several times. I asked him how many of the total Rosu force would be able to be in an international special force. He said maybe two or three of the whole unit province wise.

I guess it is easy to say to send in troops if you live in the UK. There will be no killing around you, no embargo against you nor bombings close to you. If the war is over you can bet that never mind which side wins the people linked with the losing side will be removed from their homes. And anyway 1000s of civilians will already suffer during the fighting.
