If Brnabic has the time to speak with such a civil servant, it says more about Serbia instead of Germany. In Germany such a visitor would meet for a coffee only a head of a department, but never a member or the head of the government. Probably next Berlin will sent to Serbia’s leaders Merkels driver or even hairdresser.
