Radical MP reacts to decision of Hague-based IRMCT
Deputy in the Serbian Assembly Vjerica Radeta (SRS) said on Tuesday that she and her colleague Petar Jojic have no intention of going voluntarily to The Hague.

Its not for treason, not for forming an illegal terrorist group to stir up a war, its not for murdering witnesses, its not for international drug dealing, its not for murdering people to rip out and sell their organs.........
My point was not about the legalities of whether the trial should be heard in Hague or in Serbia.
It is that this hypocrite is using the constitution as a shield but fights against constitutional rights for Albanians, opposition Serbs, anti-war activists, anti-Milosevic journalists.
If the charges are correct, bribing witnesses to commit perjury or withdraw testimonies, then she has also broken the law in Serbia.
Seselj's sentence legally disqualifies him from serving as an MP in parliament, but still he sits there with full support of this woman
Where is her respect for the laws or constitution of Serbia?
It is amazing how much you radical Serbs pretend to know about the law and the constitution when it comes to NATO bombing and saving your own skins, but forget about it when the victims belongs to a different race or religion or even normal Serbs who you disagree with.

Where is the war crime? How bribing, interfering with witness in rep Serbia makes a case of war crime???
If indeed this happend in rep Serbia it must be heard only in the court room of rep Serbia.
In my opinion there is no war crime in this case.
And gov of rep Serbia must be firm with Hague.

I only have one question? When are they going to issue a warrant for bill Clinton and Tony Blair, and Madeline Albright what is taking so long to do that. What kind of world court is this?

If the constituion was changed next week to remove her protection she still would not go, she doesnt care about the constitution.
