Never say NEVER. America as you say it yourself daily likes to cause "trouble" all over the world. They might do another round of bombings just so they can purge on some old unused stuff. Serbia is very disliked country by many for the way they have treated people of ex-Yugoslavia. The killings of so many innocent civilians by Serbia will not be forgotten for many centuries to come.

Rightly.....if Putin was in power in Russia in 1999 nato would never have attacked Serbia. And thats even with Russia being in turmoil at the time.
Russia is too powerful, organised and determined to allow America to do what it wants. As proof I point you in the direction of Crimea, Syria and most recently Venezuela. I'm sure you hate the fact that Russia is more than a match for near bankrupt America these days. And of course there is a powerful and wealthy China who could all but buy America today. With China holding so many US dollars in their banks I'm not sure you realise just how vulnerable America is.
Considering the above I can assure you there is no chance America will ever attack Serbia again. If you disagree do explain why? Why would America risk a huge conflict for corrupt Kosovo that the UN does not recognise as a country...
