It was not collateral damage. The RTS building was used as a spy facility for Milosevic, therefore, it was fair game since it was used against NATO. It was Milosevic’s fault for not warning the employees of TV station.

Serbia was given a taste of their own medicine. There are around 15,000 thousand of innocent Albanian people murdered in the most horrific ways...including children. There are over 1250 people still missing and there were around 20,000 women raped during the war. Brnabic likes to brush all that aside and talk about people killed at RTS which everyone knows that was one of Milosevic's tools in this war. NATO could have crushed Serbia in the matter of hours but they were trying to spare innocent lives and that is why it took 78 days. It is no one's fault that Milosevic was trying to protect bridges and important structures in Serbia by placing people in them. To him bridges were more important than the lives of his people.

NATO could not crush Serbia in a matter of hours and was forced to bomb Serbia for 78 days to inflict more damage on the civilian population. Milosevic protected the bridges along with Greece and Countries worldwide to protect the illegal invasion of a sovereign country by NATO. The civilians saved some of the Bridges from NATO campaign of terror.

Meanwhile , the Serbian army cleaned out the KLA terrorists from Kosovo, but the KLA resorted to murdering Albanian political opponents including Rugova who was put under police protection.
