As far as I know, no country has a right to but in to the internal affairs of another sovereign nation which has recognised borders, unless invited by the government of that nation.
There were no UN resolutions granted for the bombing, thus rendering it illegal under international treaties.

What nobody ever talks about is just how many Albanians were victims of NATO bombings. Several hundred died and thousands suffered illness and/or birth defects due to the bombings. What's worse is that NATO would bomb Albanians for no reason. Far away from any Serbian military resources which was the whole point of NATO's aggression. The only logical explanation is that NATO had a quota of how many bombs to drop and decided to use some of their supply on the Albanians for target practice.
Should make ordinary Albanians wonder if they are really "allies" with NATO at all, or just useful pawns in a much bigger game which is to take down the one nation in the region that has historically insisted on independence from foreign rule?
