Serbia and Russia on Monday signed two cooperation memorandums in the field of nuclear energy used for peaceful purposes.

This is for Electricity. If Serbia does Get a Nuclear weapons NATO will never attack Serbia again. Donald Trump call stuff like that Peace through strength.

Ari....Albania will not be allowed to be a nuclear power. Albania would need close friends to give them the technology. And there is not a chance in hell that Albanias "greatest friend", America, would share this technology with them.
Hell, Albania has just upgraded on the bow and arrow.....

What makes this a cooperative project? Because one of the nuclear scientists has a distant relative who had a great-grandfather whose cousins sisters friends uncle was born in Serbia?
