Whether Vucic likes to admit it or not, this visit is part of the dialogue talks and it looks like Haradinaj got his way. Taxes are still in place and the dialogue is continuing. Germany is taking charge of this dialogue especially now that Mogherini is about to leave and most likely be replaced by a German representative.

Merkel is setting up the stage so as soon as the new EU representatives start their posts they will be able to make progress and not drag things out for 7 years like Mogherini did.

We can expect from the meeting a declaration of the principles of further negotiations. And in legal binding formula Belgrade will agree that the UN Charta will be the Basic of the further relations with Prishtina. This was agreed between both German states but between two states of the same nationality. The meeting in Berlin is a great victory of the Albanians with the participation of Tirana. So Vucic recognized that the negotiations are not an internal Serbian affair but an international ETHNIC conflict. He is kissing the a.. of Merkel, Macron. Macron has shown in Paris how strong he is supporting the Albanians against the Serbs. It is the beginning of the end of any influence of Serbia with NO way to become EU member for many years. Nobody likes a traitor. It looks like a pressure on the person Vucic with his record under Milosevic, surely in the hand of Western services. All demands of the Albanians will become real.

Seems fair, I hear you say, until you realise that the only Montenegrins not allowed to vote are those living/residing in Serbia...!!??

But regardless of the exact figures you clearly accept that a sizeable number were handed their citizenship? How democratic is that, wow....
So you dont think there are any Montenegrin citizens living in Serbia?? You know, the ones who were born in Montenegro and moved to Serbia in the 60s, 70s, 80's, etc. Like the Montenegrins living in America, Holland, Britain, etc. You see, those Montenegrins living in the UK had a right to vote in the referendum, while the Montenegrins living in Serbia did not have a right to vote.
