Thaci calls elections in four municipalities in North

The president of the provisional Pristina institutions on Monday called elections for mayors of four Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo and Metohija.

if serbs dont participate in the elections albanians will and the mayors will be albanians. thats how deocracy works. he who gets more votes wins.

He cant call for elections in the North as he is not recognized. Nobody will participate in them or see them as legitimate.
