VIEW FROM UK, the kla were only deemed as terrorist because the west was taking serbia's word. then the international community finally realized that it was indeed serbia acting the terrorist. all they had to do was putt the pieces together to see a pattern of what serbia did during the 90's to the other provinces. at that time Albanians were pretty much isolated and didn't have a voice in the international arena. the question of when the kla was formed is completely irrelevant. what's important is the fact that the kla was formed in order to protect Albanians in kosova from being abused by the criminal serbian state security systems.

Sunny Hill...dont twist history. The Serbian forces went into Kosovo well after the formation of the KLA. That is a fact. Its also now clear that K Albos main objective was to steal Kosovo. Tell us why the KLA was formed... Was it not to start an armed conflict and then play the victim? The US wiewed the KLA as a terrorist group, but after lobbying and promises of military base (bondsteel) the Yanks changed sides. William Walker was one of the Americans operatives who probably masterminded the Racak massacre. He probably did the same in the Sarajevo market massacre which was later proved to be a set up to blame the Serbs.
I see now that yhe Hague has dropped the Racak "massacre" from further investigation. Aint that interesting? Is it perhaps that the Finnish team on the ground and French media saw it differently???
