Good Lord, Pacolli upset that Serbia dont recognise Kosovo...So whats new?? Has nobody told him that Serbia has never recognised Kosovo? And nearly half the world dont either.
He says Serbia violating an agreement...wow, really..??? So bad from these Serbs, fancy not honouring an agreement..!!?!
I mean, really?? Is this idiot all there. He talks about honouring agreements...And this from an Albanian?? So, Mr Pacolli, tell us about the Brussels agreement...tell us about taxes/CEFTA...tell us about the formation of so called army....tell us about UN res 1244... etc.

I dont think Pacolli is a retard. I believe he is pretty smart, at least in business. Why ca he not get into his head that Kosovo is not an own state. Maybe in the future, no one knows. But for now its a disputed Serbian province. No more no less.

Pacolli Thaci feel inferior touard Serbia, they give Serbia more respect than they deserve. I would treat Serbia different. I will deal with them in mutual bases, you don't respect me i don't respect you. You attack me i will attack you. You don't give Albanian minority in Serbia the same rights as i give Serbian minority in Kosova. I dont think Pacolli is a retard. I believe he is pretty smart, at least in business. Why ca he not get into his head that Kosovo is not an own state. Maybe in the future, no one knows. But for now its a disputed Serbian province. No more no less.
