@fred,
I'm not sure that the will of the people isn't with maduro... its much harder to maintain power against the will of the people that it seems.
assad had the will of the people though some aggressive nations thought otherwise, but like everywhere there are those who are unhappy. libya was no different, except lybia didn't bring in support and quaddafi was summarily executed without trial or judgement. (that is what america calls democracy -- their word is final without proof, or a trial, just hearsay and opinion, kinda like now). oh and lets not forget western theivery of upwards of $12Billion based upon opinions alone. no proof, no trial.
maduro had won the people's will in april while guaido wasn't even courteous enough to put himself on the ballot. guaido has the will of america, maduro does seem to have lost the will of the people.
and unlike your kosovo comparison, russia was not invited but that leadership, nor its nato stewards. however in syria, they were and we all see what's happening there? america is using its "good rebels" to continue to destabilize syria, as they are in venezuala, as they did in guatemala, as they did in chile, as the did in libya.
so, maybe...
we'll see what the will of the people is. i think its way too soon to start imposing your opinion on what the people's will is (as it is to soon to impose mine).
what is sure is that we are both reading the words of liars who want to make money pedaling their stories, true or not.
