Serbia can NOT even be considered to join the EU without recognizing Kosova first. Even after they recognize Kosova, Serbia will have to turn in all their war criminals to be allowed to start the process of joining the EU. There is a long list of criminals from all three wars in the Balkans that has to be dealt with before Serbia can get to the place where Kosova already is today.

Germany and Merkel is in charge of EU and they have made it very clear that Serbia will NEVER be able to join the EU without recognizing Kosova first. Serbia has to cooperate closely with the International War Crimes Justice before they could even be considered. We all know that it will take Serbia another 30 years to become clean on all of their crimes in the Balkans and the chances of Serbia getting into the EU are slim to NONE!

I think what everyone commenting here overlooks is that unlike "indipindienti kosovhaha***" Serbia DOES have other options besides EU/NATO. Namely these options are EAEU and CSTO membership, both of which Serbia can achieve quickly and without preconditions. Without Serbia's recognition, k-albo terrorists have NO CHANCE of ever joining EU or NATO or UN,as well as NO Investment, No real economy, No prosperity, and No future. Instead of obsessing on EU membership which may never happen, it's time for Serbia to focus on and pursue her other options. Let NATO/EU deal with the mess they've created, & let k-albos slowly rot and die out in the hellhole of "independent kosovhaha***".

Milosevic was NEVER cleared of his many crimes including genocide in the Balkans. He died awaiting his sentencing. He was going to be sentenced for genocide. You have been addressed about this blunt LIE many times already but b92 doesn't post all my comments.
Racak is the truth of what Serbia's criminal cowards were capable to do to the innocent civilians. The same as what they did in Srebrenica. You can try and believe your lies all you want but the TRUTH is well documented by the International Justice and the justice will be served, just like it was served today with Radovan Karadzic.

A recent US documentary about Ratko Mladic, confirmed that he was found guilty of Genocide for the Srebrenica massacre also mentions that Milosevic was guilty of Genocide.

Vast majority of sites are not Serbian, but its a fact that he was exonerated. A fact the west does not like much or indeed publicise.
Over here 99% of Brits are not aware that Croatia booted out approx 250k Serbs in '95. The media follows the governments line here in the UK. And I suspect the same where you are.

Actually there is such thing as saying goes:"have your cake and eat it" Rep. Serbia can have best of the both worlds.
Do not have to cave in to EU condition regarding KiM.
Keep KiM and join EU but not as a full member. Rep Serbia would be able to receive all benefits, any financial help and have best of the both world's and have cake and eat it.

Full membership is not important. Important is no to give up own territory for something like EU. In UK we say, here today gone tomorrow meaning EU.
