CEFTA is the Central European Free Trade Agreement whose membership is Albania, BiH Moldavia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and UNMIK on behalf of Kosovo.
It’s an agreement signed by all mentioned. Oh, I know in Albo law there are no such things so Kosovo is immune from being sued because it’s called an agreement which when translated into Albo speak it means recycled paper. If it was a Memorandum of Understanding then there are no obligations at all but this is an agreement. Serbia did not want to sue in 2011 because it wanted to prove that Albos are the problem. It was a political manoeuvre.
I have to repeat myself because I have an Albo who has less schooling than a 5-year-old trying attempting to show that CEFTA is a piece of parchment and it does not have penalties if breached. No wonder you clean toilets for a living.

sj: "For your information anything signed by UNMIK for Kosovo is a legally binding document whether you recognise it or not. Its recognised by the EU and even your bros the US see it as a legal document and Kosovo can be sued for breach of that agreement not UNMIK."

It's amusing to watch you treading water over this. If you had any inkling of what CEFTA really is, you'd know that Serbia can't sue Kosova. Just like it did not sue back in 2011 when Kosova banned all the goods from Serbia.

You really have shown your level of ignorance with this response.
For your information anything signed by UNMIK for Kosovo is a legally binding document whether you recognise it or not. Its recognised by the EU and even your bros the US see it as a legal document and Kosovo can be sued for breach of that agreement not UNMIK. Maybe not in Alboland since there are no legal documents there, but in the rest of the world they exist.
Serbia does not have to recognise Kosovo as it can be viewed as a province or state of Serbia or it can remain silent regarding its status, but the document is binding which holds Pristina accountable – where do you people live? under a rock LOL?

sj: "Let me put it to you very simply. You and I have a legal agreement and I breach that agreement to your financial detriment. What would you do?"

Let me make it even simpler for you: I would not enter into a legal agreement with you if I did not recognize your legal right to enter an agreement. The same as for example I would not enter into a legal agreement with a tree. Get it?

I'm not sure what Serbia would sue, since Serbia does not recognize Kosova. But you can sue UNMIK if you want? See if they have any leftover money from the pantry budget.

I understand that being an Albo trying hard to prove you guys have been in the Balkans before the dinosaurs is challenging to say the least, but seeing that EU prisons are full of your Albos I would think you would know something about law or maybe you would but that would be criminal law.
CEFTA is a legally binding agreement. All free trade agreements have hefty penalties for breaches.
Let me put it to you very simply. You and I have a legal agreement and I breach that agreement to your financial detriment. What would you do? Sit there lamenting your losses and do nothing, or would you rush off to your lawyer seeking compensation?????????????? So, if Serbia and BiH are not proceeding then ask why not? Only response is someone is compensating them and who could that be? The EU. The EU keeps Kosovo financially alive and is its guarantor. Without EU aid Kosovo would last less than 3 weeks.
Think with your brains don’t sit on them.
There will be no letup in that aggressive diplomatic war against Kosova so get used to it and who cares what you do. Please increase those tariffs by 1000% if you like LOL.

sj,

Do you need an abacus to sort out your multiple choice dilemmas?
Did you not claim that it was the EU that was actually reimbursing Serbia for its lost business in Kosova? Now you come to realize how silly that statement was?

Serbia has been waging an aggressive diplomatic war against Kosova. Do you think it will be business as usual in other areas?

For the resident Albo trolls here is what is really going on with this tax.
Serbia, BiH, Kosovo and others are signatories to CEFTA which is legally binding. Kosovo decides to break that agreement to the financial detriment of BiH and Serbia. Now what course of action is available to Serbia and BiH?
1. Do nothing and bear the financial loss hoping Kosovo will see the error of its ways; or
2. Head straight to their lawyers.
I say option 2 is the choice.
At that moment the EU asks Serbia and BiH to stop legal action because they will resolve the problem. What will Serbia and BiH do?
1. Agree and drop the legal action but continue to bear the losses; or
2. Agree to leave the legal action in abeyance pending resolution only if Brussels covers any losses?
I say option 2 again.
Well, according to Albos, Serbia and BiH would choose option 1 in both cases rather than seek compensation; and my response to that is, watch out for the little piggies flying in the sky.
Why doesn’t the EU announce that it carries liability for Kosovo? A very simple answer, Kosovo has managed to build a nasty reputation in Europe so imagine the EU announcing in the media they are carrying the liability for Kosovo and how well that would be received by the EU public. Just imagine.
For example, in France they are still demonstrating against low wages in comparison to high cost of living and they find out that that France is party to those payments. Wow the populous would jump for joy.
