Ha..ha..He is affraid that Serbia's "mighty" machinery will be falling apart during the parade and that would add more to the embarrassment of it all. Or the parade will fuel the protesters to chase him down on the streets of Serbia!
A good decision. Sabre rattling yes, but at the right time. The parade on 24th March should honour the victims of the illegal and immoral NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. It should be a parade of remembrance and of peace and reconciliation. It should weigh on the consciences of those living in the countries which perpetrated the aggression The 9th May parade, commemorating the defeat of fascist Germany, should be used to demonstrate the strength and determination of Serbia's armed forces and send a warning to those trying to break-up the country or its people.
