International community hasn't fallen in intentional deep state of national delusion and hallucination - as Serbia did - hence, international community knows the limits of accepted diplomatic behaviour when it comes to asking a sovereign country to drop the tariff of 100% on goods from the well know perpetual troublemaker radical-Serbia.

International community knows that Kosova, as a sovereign country, is entitled to protect its vital interests and therefore allows Kosova to discipline Serbia by hitting their coffers - where it hurts the most.

By allowing tariffs to continue to be in force, international community is Sending a strong signal to Serbia that agreeing to further punish Serbia is legitimate.

It falls on Serbia to find a way out of tariff entrapment and it doesn't take a lot of thinking to do that.

All that it takes is to face the reality head-on.

CEFTA is just fine, as far as I recall there is a mandatory 6 months wait time to start a legal action. Serbia declared it wont' do anything. Bosnia declared it will proceed with the lawsuit.

I do not see why Bosnia would be any more offending Kosovo than Russia or China. Kosovo did not introduce any sanction against Russia or China.

This is something for internal consumption probably.
Bosnia will for sure win the lawsuit and we will see.

The same time if Haradinaj spoils the relationship with the West Kurti will blame him for being an idiot and damaging Kosovo.
