This list has a major weakness - that it is a list.

Going through each claim and fighting based on that claim merits is completely useless.

There is a huge cultural problem between Russians and Americans: Americans are unable to deal with a list!

The same applies to Germans / French / you-name-it and Americans.

That can be very frustrating within the same team.

You create a list of problems and submit to your American boss.

- disciplinary action from HR
- terminating the employment due ethnic / religious / racial discrimination

In one case there is nothing to do, just agree or disagree and in the context of the original article I may even agree.

And if my employees face hurdles beyond their ability (or capabilities) to solve, I’ll clear them out for them, so they can stay focused on what matters.
