You are. Nato had advice Kosovo *against obtaining amunition forming an army. And Nato above all knows well that if they were to supply you with amunition and permit Kosovo *to form an army they,Kosovo would be in breach of UN resolution.
So Nato did not arm you.
They need to turn off all you got or destroy. Because since obtaining a weaponry Kosovo had been turning amunition against all ethnic citizens.

Kosovo has far more problems than Sakartvelo.
