What a clown, Serbia is not in the EU because they are not wanted in the EU (don't let the realpolitik fool you). The truth is Germany reviles Serbia's existence and always, and personally the feeling is mutual from my part.

This obsession with the EU.
The '90's saw a bitter civil war amongst federated states who did'nt want to be governed by a central authority.

Now these very same states are hankering to return to a federation that, in my opinion, is more domineering than the one you left!

Don't say?! Then you weren't interested in talking to anybody (Albanians, Bosnians, Croats, etc). Now you're begging.

Noone cares because noone wanted to get into the EU for trading a part of Kosovo.

Noone knew back then that the separatist terrorists would have been supported and allowed to continue the evacuation of Serbs from Kosovo.

Therefore, there is no point looking at it in retrospect.

We cannot foresee that evil will continue to thrive and make decisions based on that.

EU is a failed idea struggling on its last legs. It's a disaster eating itself. Cannot be saved thru reforms at all.

If the EU is a failed idea and disaster eating itself that cannot be reformed, how would you characterize the "Serbian idea"?

There is a chasmic difference between Serbia and the EU. The EU wants to take over not just Europe but Asia as well. Serbia is only after its own. When did you see, hear or read that Belgrade wants to take over Albania?

In it's entire history Mongolian Empire / Golden Horde / Muscovy / Russian Tsarstvo / Russian Empire / USSR / Russia had only one case when they rejected a territory which would otherwise voluntarily join them. In the fact, there was only one territory ever which would voluntarily join them / us ever. All these mighty empires ( = we) relied on conquest, often brutal.

And that territory was the chunk-Yugoslavia under control of Milosh.
Russian Duma refused to annex it despite that chunk-YU begged.

So Russians were on Albanian site? How come?

Late Mr Djindjic was in the business of sending different messages to the domestic audience from what he was saying when abroad to put it mildly.
Perhaps he thought he was safe and sound. He forgot himself Serbs understood English!And some of us were intensely watching, listening to him being interviewed. There are always more patriotic Serbs than Djindjic ever dreamt of.
