Listen, Kosovo is not recognised by almost half the countries of the world. Kosovo has mass unemployment and is a ghetto. What can America do to force Serbia to recognise Kosovo as a nation.? Attack Serbia..?? Dont be silly, just not going to happen. This is not 1999.
Looking at how things are I would say Kosovo is the desperate side here, and I expect more provocations from Pristina, particularly when its rejected for Interpol membership... again.
Best thing is for K Albos to stay part of Serbia (with autonomy). Then you can have visa free travel, investments and jobs. To say Kosovo will join Albania is stupid. Firstly it will not be allowed to happen (by some/most powers), and secondly, have you seen standards of living in Albania??
Much better to stay with Serbia, then peace and everone moves forward. If you dont believe me then ask yourself why dont K Albos move to Albania...for work, progress, etc...

Chetnik is a historic controversy.
At least some Chetniks did support the Vlasov-army - which is still an anathema in Russia and Vlasov will be never rehabilitated.
And way to much innocent blood is on their hands.

From today's point of view as "Albanian" I would call chetniks "militant populists".

Giving them more specific determination is incorrect because the chetnik movement was simply way to diverse.

Others you mentioned are far less militant - but some of them (FIDESZ) much more dangerous today.

There was a big difference between the Ravna Gora movement (general Mihailović's "četnics"), who were Royal to the King, and Kosta Pećanac's četnics.

The četniks of Kosta Pećanac, which were already in existence before the invasion, did not share Mihailović's desire for resistance.

The stated goal of the Ravna Gora movement was the liberation of the country from the occupying armies of Germany, Italy + Albanian fascists, the Ustaše, and the Independent State of Croatia (Serbo-Croatian: Nezavisna Država Hrvatska, NDH)
