Serbia-Russia trade reaches USD 3.6 billion annually

Serbian-Russian bilateral trade volume has been on a rise over the past several years and the goal is to reach the 2008 level of 4 billion dollars.

If 2008 level was 4 billion dollars, why did it decrease? How can we ensure that it doesn't decrease again in the future??
(ISIS supports albanians,

"the Great Recession" it didn't hit Russia as hard as it hit Serbia.

But yes I agree corruption needs to end
