Is Serbia also expecting to write Kosovo Platform? Or prefers to have negotiations without a Platform?

EA, the best case for Albanians is to have no plarform. Go to talks without any preconditions, a blank sheet of paper. In fact both sides should talk without preconditions. Such preconditions are an obstacle before anyone sits around a table.
Suppose Serbia said our preconditions are res 1244, Kosovo stays a part of Serbia, Kosovo can have autonomy and yhats what the talks will be about. What do you think to that???
